2005 Barossa The Milliner Chardonnay

Hand picked bunches of premium Chardonnay grapes from a single vineyard were picked on 4th April 2005, gently whole bunch pressed, fermented, settled and racked with maturation in French hogshead barrels. This 2005 Hartz Barn Wines Barossa The Milliner Chardonnay wine was bottled on 21st November 2005.

TASTING NOTE.

Complex peach, mango, paw paw and melon fruit notes on the nose and an excellent palate, soft sweet fruit, Chardonnay characters, and buttery mouth feel. Nutty with some coconut oak, toasty, caramel flavours. Long velvet supple elegant finish and great weight. Superb food wine.
